Greg Peacock Law is dedicated to representing individuals whose civil rights have been violated by law enforcement. Attorney Greg Peacock has litigated against a gamut of law enforcement agencies, ranging from small town police officers to federal agents. Regardless of the variation of police misconduct, the ultimate goal is to expose bad conduct, deter future misconduct and provide his clients with a satisfactory remedy and opportunity to restore their dignity. Greg Peacock’s skills in civil rights litigation are unmatched and he has been recognized by his peers as an expert on various issues related to government liability.
Greg’s efforts to help those in need began very early on in his career path. While obtaining his B.A. in political science from California State University, Chico, he was the Director of the Housing Law Department of the Community Legal Information Center where he managed a student staff that provided free legal information to members of the community. Greg received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of La Verne, College of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Honors program as well as the Competition Trial Team.
During law school, Greg worked as a law clerk at a police misconduct firm. Greg has always had a passion for fighting “the man” and has dedicated his law career to fighting corrupt police departments. After practicing law with other’s law firms, Greg decided to open his own law firm that is dedicated to protecting the constitutional rights for those harmed by the police.
Greg is an active member in his community and often speaks at local high schools to educate students on the Constitution and provide career guidance to those wishing to pursue a career in law. Greg enjoys fighting for his clients and has worked hard to establish himself as a skilled lawyer in litigating police misconduct cases.
Greg is admitted to practice law in all courts of California, as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California, United States District Court, Southern District of California, United States District Court, Eastern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Greg has also been admitted pro hac vice in the United States District Court of New Mexico and the United States District Court of Wyoming.
Greg lives in Orange County, CA with his wife and two sons. He spends his free time cooking, playing hockey and coaching baseball.
